Recent incident history
Last 90 days. Resolved incidents are listed with cause and total impact duration.
Brief CDN re-route — Dallas edge
The DFW node briefly re-routed traffic through Atlanta during a peering provider's scheduled maintenance window. Affected customers in TX, OK and Gulf Coast saw 1–3 seconds of buffer on live sports for the first few minutes. Fully resolved automatically when the peering window closed. No subscription action required.
Payment processor slowness — checkout
Card payments through our US processor experienced elevated latency during a third-party Stripe API hiccup. New subscriptions took up to 2 minutes to activate (normally under 30 seconds). PayPal and crypto checkout were unaffected. Resolved when Stripe's upstream issue cleared.
EPG refresh delay — Saturday morning
Electronic program guide data refresh ran 6 minutes behind schedule during a weekly maintenance task. Live channels were unaffected; some users saw a stale "current program" label until the refresh completed. Auto-resolved.
Incident entries shown are illustrative until the monitoring backend is connected. Real incidents will be published here with date, cause, total duration and resolution notes.
