1. Overview
Guru IPTV LLC ("Guru IPTV," "we," "our," or "us") offers a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. The intent is simple: if the Service does not meet your expectations during the first 30 days of use, you can request a full refund and we will issue one. This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under this policy:
- You must be a first-time customer of Guru IPTV. The 30-day guarantee applies once per customer.
- Your refund request must be received within thirty (30) calendar days from the date your subscription was activated (not the date of purchase, if those differ).
- The subscription must have been purchased directly from Guru IPTV at guruiptv.sale (not from a reseller — reseller policies are separate; see Section 7).
- The subscription must have been paid in full. Partial payments and store credits are not eligible.
3. How to request a refund
You can request a refund via either channel — both reach the same support team:

4. Processing and timing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days on our side. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your original payment method:
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days for the funds to post (controlled by the card-issuing bank).
- PayPal: typically within 1–3 business days.
- Cryptocurrency: refunded to the original sending address; processing depends on network confirmation times.
5. Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds via wire transfer, store credit, or alternative methods unless the original method is no longer available (for example, an expired card). In that case, contact support and we will agree on an alternative method.
6. Exclusions and limitations
The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Repeat customers. The guarantee applies once per customer, on the first subscription purchase only. Renewals and second subscriptions are not refundable under this policy.
- Outside the 30-day window. Requests received more than 30 days after activation are not eligible (we may consider hardship exceptions case by case).
- Subscriptions purchased via a reseller. Reseller-activated accounts are governed by the reseller's own refund policy.
- Violations of the Terms of Service. Subscriptions terminated for breach of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refund.
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first. See Section 8.
7. Reseller subscriptions
If your subscription was activated through a Guru IPTV reseller rather than directly with us, the reseller's own refund policy applies — not this policy. Resellers set their own retail pricing and their own refund terms. We do, however, reverse the underlying credit redemption on the reseller's account if a genuine server-side issue prevents the service from functioning within the first seven (7) days of activation, on a case-by-case basis. 8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first at support@guruiptv.sale before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Almost every "unauthorized charge" question is resolved within minutes once we look at the account together.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension and disqualification from the refund guarantee. We respond to all legitimate chargeback disputes through standard banking channels.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and/or on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Refund requests submitted before a change takes effect are evaluated under the policy in effect on the activation date of the subscription in question.
