1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at guruiptv.sale and the Guru IPTV subscription service (collectively, the "Service") operated by Guru IPTV LLC ("Guru IPTV," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws of State of Wyoming, United States to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials we send you (Xtream Codes login, M3U URL). You agree not to share, resell, or sublicense your subscription credentials except as expressly permitted under our reseller program. Activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
3. Subscription, billing and renewal
3.1 Plans and pricing
The Service is offered on fixed-term subscription plans currently priced at $14 (1 month), $25 (3 months), $40 (6 months) and $60 (12 months), each in US Dollars. We may change pricing for future subscription terms with reasonable notice; the price you paid at signup is fixed for the duration of your current term.
3.2 Payment
Accepted payment methods include US-issued credit and debit cards, PayPal, and on request, cryptocurrency. All amounts are charged in US Dollars. By providing payment information you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the amount of the chosen plan.
3.3 No auto-renewal
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your access ends at the conclusion of the paid term unless you actively purchase a renewal. We may send reminder emails prior to the term ending.
4. Refund policy
First-time customers may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of activating their subscription. Full terms, eligibility, and the refund process are set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Resell or sublicense subscription credentials except as expressly permitted under our reseller program;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure;
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction;
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any person;
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the Service (including the per-account concurrent stream limit).
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this section without refund.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including the website, software, brand assets, documentation, and proprietary content, is owned by Guru IPTV LLC and protected by US and international intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes (or, for resellers, in accordance with the reseller agreement).
Channel content delivered through the Service belongs to the respective broadcasters and rights-holders. We make no claim of ownership over third-party programming carried on the platform.
7. Third-party services and applications
The Service is designed to interoperate with third-party IPTV player applications (such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, IBO Player, and Smart TV native players). Those applications are operated by third parties and governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, behavior, security, or content of any third-party application.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at any specific time, or that specific channels will be carried for any specific duration.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guru IPTV LLC, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guru IPTV LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, harms the Service, its users, or third parties. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
12. Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with venue in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You agree that any claim brought against us shall be brought in your individual capacity only and not as part of any class or representative action.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account and/or by prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
